1. A display apparatus comprising: a display panel; a source printed circuit board on a back surface of the display panel, the source printed circuit board connected to the display panel via a first flexible circuit board; a control printed circuit board connected to the source printed circuit board via a second flexible circuit board; and a holder member arranged on the source printed circuit board, the holder member holding the control printed circuit board, wherein the holder member comprises: a connecting part fixed to the source printed circuit board; a bending part connected rotatably to the connecting part; and a head part connected to the bending part, the head part holding the control printed circuit board.
