1. A method performed by a user equipment (UE), the method comprising:
receiving, from a base station (BS), a Radio Resource Control (RRC) message configuring a Packet Data Convergence Protocol (PDCP) duplication for a Data Radio Bearer (DRB);
configuring a primary Radio Link Control (RLC) entity and one or more secondary RLC entities for the PDCP duplication;
receiving, from the BS, a Medium Access Control (MAC) Control Element (CE) related to an activation or a deactivation of the PDCP duplication for each of the one or more secondary RLC entities; and
discarding one or more duplicated PDCP Protocol Data Units (PDUs) in at least one secondary RLC entity that is deactivated for the PDCP duplication.
