1. A method comprising:
receiving a downlink control information (DCI) indicating:
a transmission via uplink resources comprising sub-bands; and
a sounding reference signal resource indicator (SRI);
transmitting, to a base station and before receiving the DCI, one or more sounding reference signals (SRSs) via one or more SRS resources; and
determining uplink precoders for the transmission of a transport block via the uplink resources comprising the sub-bands, wherein the uplink precoders for each respective sub-band of the sub-bands are based on a transmission precoder of the one or more SRS resources transmitted via each respective sub-band, wherein each of the sub-bands has a same sub-band bandwidth.
