1. A method performed by a device, the method comprising:
receiving a physical layer protocol data unit (PPDU) comprising a signal A (SIG A) field; and
determining a transmission opportunity (TXOP) duration based on a first duration field in the SIG A field,
wherein the first duration field comprises at least one first bit and at least one remaining bit,
wherein the at least one first bit is followed by the at least one remaining bit in the SIG A field,
wherein the TXOP duration is related to multiplication of a first value and a second value,
wherein the first value is related to a time unit of X microseconds and is indicated by the at least one first bit,
wherein X is a positive integer,
wherein the second value is obtained based on the at least one remaining bit, and
wherein a bit length of the first duration field in the SIG A field of the PPDU is smaller than a bit length of a second duration field in a medium access control (MAC) header included in the PPDU.
