1. A method performed by a network in a wireless communication system, the method comprising:
broadcasting, a system information block (SIB) 26a including new radio (NR) bands and a field for a public land mobile network (PLMN),
wherein in case that a size of the field is set to 0, all bands in the NR bands apply for all PLMNs listed in an SIB1.
