15. An information processing method execute by an information processing apparatus, the information processing method comprising:
detecting a sign of departure of a vehicle capable of using a first communication network that is a cellular communication network and a second communication network that is a communication network other than the cellular communication network; and
determining which of the first communication network and the second communication network is to be used for the vehicle to perform communication, based on the sign of departure of the vehicle,
wherein, in the determining, when it is determined that there is the sign of departure of the vehicle and the vehicle is connected to the second communication network, the information processing apparatus switches the network used for communication from the second communication network to the first communication network.
