1. An improved system for provisioning of a Virtual Network Function (VNF) instance, the system comprising:
a network device, in communication with a distributed ledger database, configured to assign a first VNF instance to a first device;
a distributed ledger database storing a first blockchain associated with the first VNF instance, the first blockchain including a first block indicating indication that the first device was authenticated, wherein the first indication comprises an identification of one or more trust certificates;
an Adaptive Security Controller (ASC) comprising a processor, the processor configured to verify a second device based on a request by the first device to communicate with the second device, wherein the distributed ledger database stores a second block in the first blockchain regarding the allowed communication between the first device and the second device; and
the distributed ledger database storing a second blockchain associated with a second VNF instance, wherein the second VNF instance is based on a request by the first device for a dedicated line.
