1. A computer-implemented method comprising:
determining, by a first server and using a caching model, one or more characteristics of first account information;
determining, by the first server using the caching model and based on the one or more characteristics of the first account information, predictive account information;
establishing, by the first server and using an application programming interface (API) of an authentication server, communication access to a second server;
dynamically caching, by the first server via the API and using the caching model, second account information from the second server, wherein the dynamic caching of the second account information is based on the determined predictive account information;
determining, by the first server and based on the cached second account information, a status of the communication access to the second server; and
generating, based on the determined status, a notification indicative of the determined status of the communication access.
