1. A method comprising:
receiving input from a first user initiating a value transfer from the first user to a second user, the input comprising a value to transfer;
obtaining first image data of the second user;
transmitting a request to provide the value for the second user to a server computer, the request comprising the first image data of the second user and the value to transfer,
wherein the server computer thereafter receives, from an access device, an authorization request message comprising access data and second image data of the second user, identifies the first image data of the second user and a stored value in a user-value database, that maps the first image data to the value, using the second image data of the second user, and determines a result based on (a) whether the first image data of the second user matches the second image data of the second user and (b) the stored value corresponding to the value to transfer, and, in the event of a low match or no match, transmits a notification to the first user;
receiving, by the first user, the notification; and
confirming or denying, by the first user, that the second image data is of the second user, wherein the result is further based on the confirming or denying.
