1. A data transmission method applied to a terminal device, comprising:
determining, according to a higher layer signaling, a repetition quantity of transmissions of a Physical Downlink Shared Channel (PDSCH) that is repeatedly transmitted;
determining a size of a semi-static Hybrid Automatic Repeat Request-Acknowledge (HARQ-ACK) codebook according to the repetition quantity of the transmissions of the PDSCH; and
performing, according to the determined size of the semi-static HARQ-ACK codebook, a corresponding HARQ-ACK feedback for the PDSCH that is repeatedly transmitted,
wherein determining a size of a semi-static HARQ-ACK codebook according to the repetition quantity of transmissions of the PDSCH comprises:
determining a quantity of PDSCHs that are repeatedly transmitted and have associated HARQ-ACK feedback in a slot or in a Physical Uplink Control Channel (PUCCH), according to the repetition quantity of the transmissions of the PDSCH and a quantity of downlink transmissions with associated HARQ-ACK feedback in the slot or in the PUCCH; and
determining the size of the semi-static HARQ-ACK codebook according to the quantity of PDSCHs that are repeatedly transmitted and have associated HARQ-ACK feedback in the slot or in the PUCCH;
wherein the quantity of downlink transmissions with associated HARQ-ACK feedback in a slot or in a PUCCH may be at least one of:
the quantity of downlink transmissions determined according to each value in a feedback timing set for the timing between the PDSCH and a corresponding HARQ-ACK;
the quantity of downlink transmissions determined according to a range of slot determined by a maximum value and a minimum value in a feedback timing set for the timing between the PDSCH and a corresponding HARQ-ACK;
the quantity of downlink transmissions determined according to each value in a feedback timing set for the timing between the PDSCH and a corresponding HARQ-ACK and a time domain resource allocation candidate set for a downlink transmission in each slot;
the quantity of downlink transmissions determined according to a range of slot determined by a maximum value and a minimum value in a feedback timing set for the timing between the PDSCH and a corresponding HARQ-ACK and a time domain resource allocation candidate set for a downlink transmission in each slot.
