1. A rotary electric machine, comprising:
a rotor;
a stator disposed at a predetermined interval in a radial direction from an outer circumferential surface of the rotor;
a housing configured to accommodate the rotor and the stator;
an inflow passage through which a gas is supplied to a gap between the rotor and the stator; and
a bearing configured to support a rotor shaft of the rotor with respect to the housing,
wherein an oil is supplied to the bearing,
the gas supplied to the gap flows into a space in which the bearing is provided, and
communication between the space in which the bearing is provided and the gap has two routes.
