1. A processor-implemented image restoration method comprising:
receiving a degraded image;
determining a parameter that represents information of each pixel in the degraded image, the parameter comprising a blur parameter determined based on an interval between holes arranged between display pixels of an under-display camera (UDC);
tuning the parameter based on a tuning condition including one or both of environment information of the degraded image and a user preference; and
generating a restored image corresponding to the degraded image by adjusting, by removing a component indicated through a map in output data of at least one hidden layer of an image restoration network using an operation between the output data and the parameter, the output data, the output data being generated based on the degraded image, and the map being generated by transforming the parameter into the map.
