1. An input device comprising:
a substrate,
a first detecting electrode located on the substrate,
a second detecting electrode located on the substrate and being adjacent to the first detecting electrode in a first direction in a plan view,
the first detecting electrode comprising a first body portion extending in a second direction intersecting the first direction and first overhang portions protruding from a first side of the first body portion, each of the first overhang portions being a convex shape, and
the second detecting electrode comprising a second body portion extending in the second direction and second overhang portions protruding from a second side of the second body portion toward an opposite side of the first detecting electrode,
wherein one of the first overhang portions faces the second detecting electrode,
a first edge of the one of the first overhang portions faces a second edge of the second body portion in the first direction, the second edge extending in the second direction, and
a conductive film is not located between the first edge and the second edge in the first direction.

2. A display device comprising:
a display area,
an outside display area surrounding the display area,
a first detecting electrode located in the display area,
a second detecting electrode located in the display area and being adjacent to the first detecting electrode in a first direction in a plan view,
the first detecting electrode comprising a first body portion extending in a second direction intersecting the first direction and first overhang portions protruding from a first side of the first body portion, each of the first overhang portions being a convex shape, and
the second detecting electrode comprising a second body portion extending in the second direction and second overhang portions protruding from a second side of the second body portion toward an opposite side of the first detecting electrode,
wherein one of the first overhang portions faces the second detecting electrode,
a first edge of the one of the first overhang portions faces a second edge of the second body portion in the first direction, the second edge extending in the second direction, and
a conductive film is not located between the first edge and the second edge in the first direction.
