1. A system for cooling a plurality of circuit boards, the system comprising: a tubular case; a plurality of circuit board support brackets affixed to the inside of the tubular case in a first radial pattern; and a first fan coupled to a first end of the tubular case, wherein the first fan is coupled to the first end of the tubular case via a hinge permitting the first fan to be rotated away from the tubular case, and the first fan is configured to move air through the inside of the tubular case.
