1. A spool valve comprising:
a sleeve extending in an axial direction thereof, including an inlet port and outlet ports for working fluid;
a spool movably housed in the sleeve in the axial direction;
a biasing device including a biasing member configured to press a base end of the spool toward a tip end of the spool; and
a pressure detecting port for the working fluid, opening toward the tip end of the spool;
wherein the outlet ports are arranged at first intervals in a circumferential direction of the sleeve,
each of the outlet ports comprises a corresponding plurality of slits,
for each of the outlet ports, the corresponding plurality of slits are arranged at second intervals in the circumferential direction and extend in the axial direction, and
the first intervals are greater than the second intervals.
