1. An optical multilayer structure comprising:
a substrate layer;
a hard coating layer formed on a first surface of the substrate layer;
an adhesion reinforcement layer formed on the hard coating layer and includes an alkoxysilane-based compound having one or more functional groups;
a low refractive layer formed on the adhesion reinforcement layer and includes a siloxane-based compound; and
a water repellent layer formed on the low refractive layer and includes an alkoxysilane-based compound containing a fluorine atom,
wherein the optical multilayer structure has a reflectance of 4% or less in accordance with ASTM E1164, and
wherein the adhesion reinforcement layer is interposed between the hard coating layer and the low refractive layer.
