1. A computer-implemented method comprising:
identifying a transportation match between a requestor device and a provider device;
receiving, by one or more servers from the requestor device or the provider device, location signals for a provider approach stage or a requestor approach stage;
receiving, by the one or more servers from the requestor device, a first set of audio signals for a close car door stage;
receiving, by the one or more servers from the provider device, a second set of audio signals for the close car door stage;
generating, by analyzing the first set of audio signals for the close car door stage, a first close door prediction for the close car door stage;
generating, by analyzing the second set of audio signals for the close car door stage, a second close door prediction for the close car door stage;
generating a ridership error score from the location signals for the provider approach stage or the requestor approach stage, the first close door prediction for the close car door stage and the second close door prediction for the close car door stage; and
providing a digital notification to the requestor device or the provider device based on the ridership error score determined from the location signals, the first set of audio signals, and the second set of audio signals, wherein the digital notification comprises at least one of a potential ridership error, a confirmation element, or a new ride element.
