1. A cable clamp, said clamp comprising:
a first plate;
a second plate removably connected to said first plate;
a first closing member arranged at a first end of said first and second plate, said first plate having a notch arranged in said first end thereof;
a second closing member arranged at a second end of said first and second plate;
a L-shaped bracket arranged below said notch;
a first gasket generally arranged on said second plate;
a second gasket arranged on said first plate; and
a third gasket arranged on said first plate, said second gasket is parallel to said third gasket.
