8. A wellhead system, comprising:
a wellhead housing;
a hanger configured to support a casing within the wellhead housing, wherein the hanger comprises one or more passages formed through the hanger;
a seal assembly configured to move relative to the hanger to selectively enable a flow of fluid across the hanger via the one or more passages, wherein at least a portion of the seal assembly is coupled to the hanger via a first threaded interface including a first thread on a first surface of the hanger and having a first thread direction; and
a running tool, wherein the running tool is coupled to the hanger via a second threaded interface axially displaced with respect to the first threaded interface, and including a second thread on a second surface of the hanger and having a second thread direction different from the first thread direction.
