1. A pressure sensitive adhesive sheet comprising a base material and a hot-melt pressure sensitive adhesive layer containing a softener, the pressure sensitive adhesive sheet further comprising a barrier layer disposed between the base material and the hot-melt pressure sensitive adhesive layer, the barrier layer comprising at least one selected from the group consisting of a polyester-based resin and a polyurethane-based resin,
wherein the polyester-based resin is at least one of a polyester resin or a modified polyester resin,
wherein a total content of the polyester-based resin and/or the polyurethane-based resin in the barrier layer is at least 80 mass %,
wherein the hot-melt pressure sensitive adhesive layer is a layer comprising a rubber and a tackifier.
