1. A film comprising:
particles of a two-dimensional material containing one or plural layers, wherein the one or plural layers comprise a layer body represented by:

wherein
M is at least one metal of Group 3, 4, 5, 6, or 7,
X is a carbon atom, a nitrogen atom, or a combination thereof,
n is not less than 1 and not more than 4, and
m is more than n but not more than 5, and
a modifier or terminal T exists on a surface of the layer body, wherein T is at least one selected from a hydroxyl group, a fluorine atom, a chlorine atom, an oxygen atom, and a hydrogen atom; and
an amphoteric polymer having an anionic functional group and a cationic functional group in one or more monomer units of the amphoteric polymer,
wherein MmXn comprises one or more selected from Ti2C, Ti3C2, Ti3(CN), (Cr2Ti) C2, (Mo2Ti)C2, (Mo2Ti2)C3, and (Mo2.7V1.3)C3, and
wherein a ratio of the amphoteric polymer to a sum of the particles of the two-dimensional material and the amphoteric polymer in the film is 5 vol % to 70 vol %.
