1. An optical multilayer structure comprising:
a substrate layer;
a hard coating layer formed on a first surface of the substrate layer;
a low-reflective adhesion reinforcement layer formed on the hard coating layer and comprises a siloxane-based compound; and
a water repellent layer formed on the low-reflective adhesion reinforcement layer and comprises an alkoxysilane-based compound containing a fluorine atom,
wherein the optical multilayer structure has a reflectance of 4% or less in accordance with ASTM E1164, and
the optical multilayer structure satisfies the following Equation 1:
25%≥ΔE=(E0−E1/E0)×100 [Equation 1]
wherein E0 is a water contact angle of the water repellent layer, and E1 is a water contact angle of the water repellent layer after applying a load of 1 kg to a Minoan rubber stick having a diameter of 4 mm and rubbing the rubber stick 3000 times reciprocatingly over a distance of 15 mm at a speed of 50 rpm on a surface of the water repellent layer.
