1. A compound represented by the following Chemical Formula 1 or an isomer thereof:

in Chemical Formula 1,
R1 and R2 are each independently a substituted or unsubstituted C3-C30 alkyl group;
E1 and E2 are each independently NH, O or S;
Z is a direct bond or NH;
Y is C, CH or N;
L1 and L2 are each independently a C1-5 alkylene group;
X1 and X2 are each independently a saccharide; and
when Y is C, Y is further substituted a substituent represented by -L3X3, where L3 is a C1-5 alkylene group, and X3 is a saccharide.
