wherein
Ring D is selected from

OG Complex Work Unit Chemistry
custom character represents the point of attachment of Ring D to the oxygen atom;
X is —C(R5)2—C(R5)2— or E or Z —CH═CH—;
Y is O;
R is H or CH3,
R1 is H or CH3;
or, R and R1, taken together with the carbon atom to which they are bonded, form a 3- or 4-membered carbocyclic ring;
R2 is H;
R3 is H or CH3;
R4 is CH3, CH2CH3, a straight- or branched-chain C3-C6 alkyl, a C5-C7 cycloalkyl, a 6-membered heteroaryl, or an aryl-substituted C1-C6 alkyl; and
R5, independently for each occurrence, is H or OH,
or two instances of R5, taken together with the carbon atom or carbon atoms to which they are bonded, form a 3-membered carbocyclic ring.
