1. A composition comprising:
a transition metal-complex having a structure of Formula (1), Formula (2), or Formula (3):

OG Complex Work Unit Chemistry
wherein:
M is a group 6-10 transition metal;
X is a monovalent anionic ligand;
n is 2 or 3;
R1, R2, R3, R4, and R5 are independently hydrogen or alkyl groups, where the alkyl groups have 1 to 10 carbons;
Y is (CR′R″)m where R′ and R″ are independently hydrogen or C1-C10, optionally substituted, alkyl groups and m is an integer ranging from 0 to 10;
Z is an oxygen;
LA is a group 13 Lewis acid; and
Ra and Rb are independently hydrocarbyl, substituted hydrocarbyl, halocarbyl, substituted halocarbyl, aryl, substituted aryl, heteroaryl, substituted heteroaryl, alkoxy, substituted alkoxy, or both Ra and Rb are hydrocarbyl, substituted hydrocarbyl, alkoxy, or substituted alkoxy groups joined and bound to the group 13 Lewis acid to form a ring structure comprising a cyclic group, a spirocyclic group, a bicyclic group, a fused bicyclic group, or a bridged bicyclic group.
