1. An anti-collision device for a vehicle using an electromechanical brake (EMB), comprising:
a distance detection device configured to detect a distance from a structure outside the vehicle;
an EMB braking device configured to generate braking force in the vehicle; and
an anti-collision controller comprising a processor and a memory, the processor configured to operate the EMB braking device in one of at least two anti-collision modes based on the distance detected by the distance detection device.
