1. A method, comprising:
determining an event has occurred at a location;
responsive to a level of the event being above a threshold, determining vehicles heading toward the location that can display information on an exterior portion of the vehicles, wherein the level of the event being above the threshold comprises receiving data from one or more of: the vehicles proximate the event, or devices proximate the event, and analyzing the received data;
requesting to display the information on the vehicles; and
responsive of an approval to the requesting, sending the information to the vehicles to display.
