1. A weighted blanket comprising:
a layered yarn configured to form a weighted material comprising loops in an interlooped pattern, the weighted material comprising a top side and a bottom side, wherein the layered yarn comprises:
an outer tube comprising a length and an inner wall inner wall defining a conduit extending longitudinally throughout the length of the outer tube; and
a fiber material in a substantially longitudinal direction within the conduit;
wherein the interlooped pattern is comprises openings between the loops, the openings configured to allow airflow between the top side and the bottom side for providing breathability.
