1. A method of manufacture for a scalp covering, comprising:
scanning a patient's scalp to generate a scan data set;
importing the scan data set;
creating a parametric model from the scan data set;
interpolating the parametric model;
remapping the parametric model;
generating a design file from the remapped parametric model; and
outputting the design file;
wherein the creating step further comprises:
calculating an azimuthal angle of the patient's forehead hairline; and/or
calculating an azimuthal angle of the patient's nape hairline.
