1. A deployment device for an all suture anchor having a braided anchor and a suture filament extending through the anchor, comprising:
a body;
a fork extending longitudinally through the body and moveable between an extended position and a withdrawn position;
a ratchet wheel rotatably mounted to the body;
a spool coupled to the ratchet wheel by a frangible link; and
a lever coupled to the fork via a link that is pivotally coupled at a first end to the lever and at a second end to a bearing member of the fork to move the fork longitudinally within the body from the extended position to the withdrawn position and to the ratchet wheel to rotate the ratchet wheel,
wherein the bearing member includes a notch that is engaged by the link when the lever is in an open position.
