1. A heater arrangement for an aerosol generating device, the heater arrangement comprising:
a tubular heating chamber comprising a cavity arranged to receive an aerosol generating substrate;
a layer of insulation wrapped so as to circumferentially surround the heating chamber;
an insulation support assembly comprising a rigid surround arranged circumferentially around the heating chamber; wherein
the insulation support assembly is arranged to engage the heating chamber and the layer of insulation to hold the layer of insulation in position around the heating chamber, and
the layer of insulation is wrapped around an outer surface of the rigid surround.
