1. A compound for an organic optoelectronic device, the compound being represented by Chemical Formula 1:

wherein, in Chemical Formula 1,
X is O or S,
L1 is a single bond or a substituted or unsubstituted C6 to C20 arylene group,
R1 to R12 are each independently hydrogen, deuterium, a substituted or unsubstituted C1 to C30 alkyl group, or a substituted or unsubstituted C6 to C20 aryl group,
R13 and R14 are each independently a substituted or unsubstituted C6 to C30 aryl group, a substituted or unsubstituted dibenzofuranyl group, or a substituted or unsubstituted dibenzothiophenyl group,
Ar1 is a substituted or unsubstituted C6 to C30 aryl group, and
‘substituted’ refers to replacement of a hydrogen of a substituent or a compound by deuterium, a C1 to C5 alkyl group, or a C6 to C18 aryl group.
