1. A non-transitory, machine-readable, storage device that includes instructions that, when executed by mobile device processor circuitry, cause the mobile device processor circuitry to:
receive data representative of a selected discovery range selected from a plurality of discovery ranges;
select a transmission signal strength corresponding to the selected discovery range;
communicate a broadcast discovery message at the selected transmission signal strength;
receive a respective response signal from each of one or more control-source devices, each of the control-source devices within the selected discovery range;
receive a respective response signal from each of one or more control-target devices, each of the control-target devices within the selected discovery range;
generate user interface that includes data representative of each respective one of the one or more control-source devices and each respective one of the one or more control-target devices;
receive data indicative of a relationship between at least one of the one or more control-source devices and at least one of the one or more control-target devices; and
communicate to the at least one control target device data representative of the relationship between the respective at least one control-target device and the at least one control-source device.
