1. A method for controlling a signal power level of a beam at a cell site of a telecommunications network during an atmospheric condition, the method comprising:
determining, by a beam control system communicatively coupled to one or more user devices, whether a rise of interference is greater than a threshold during an atmospheric condition, wherein a directional signal travels between one or more cell sites during the atmospheric condition;
determining a power increase status of the directional signal if the rise of interference is greater than the threshold;
generating a secondary signal power level based on an increase of a first signal power level in response to the power increase status of the directional signal associated with an active state;
determining whether the secondary signal power level of the directional signal is greater than a target signal power level; and
activating one or more time periods if the secondary signal power level of the directional signal is greater than the target signal power level.
