1. A method for implementing outcome-based compliance and security configurations, the method comprising:
receiving, from a service user, an outcome statement comprising a set of desired outcomes, wherein the set of desired outcomes comprises a desired compliance and security outcome, a desired service-level outcome, a desired workload outcome, and a desired infrastructure outcome;
identifying an outcome type associated with the outcome statement, wherein the outcome type reflects a compliance and security type;
selecting a default compliance and security outcome definition linked to the outcome type;
generating a set of compliance and security outcome dependencies based on the desired service-level outcome, the desired workload outcome, and the desired infrastructure outcome;
prompting the service user to configure a compliance and security profile;
prompting the service user to tune the set of compliance and security outcome dependencies to obtain a set of tuned compliance and security outcome dependencies;
updating the default compliance and security outcome definition using the compliance and security profile and the set of tuned compliance and security outcome dependencies;
producing, based on updating the default compliance and security outcome definition, a desired compliance and security outcome definition;
generating a singleton configuration derived from the desired compliance and security outcome definition; and
implementing, onto a target infrastructure, the set of desired outcomes using the singleton configuration.
