1. A communication cable comprising:
at least one pair of twisted conductors;
a film comprising a metallic layer including a design comprising at least a first shape and a second shape separated by a gap, wherein the first shape is different from the second shape; and
wherein the gap is a predetermined width formed by a laser light incident onto the metallic layer.
