1. A computer-implemented method comprising:
displaying a graphical user interface (GUI) to a client device of a user, said GUI including one or more data fields for completing a request for a cross-platform key;
receiving a first input from the user identifying at least one digital wallet provider;
receiving a second input from the user identifying an account credential associated with the at least one digital wallet provider;
determining whether the user already possesses a cross-platform key associated with the account credential of the digital wallet provider;
in response to the determination being negative, generating the cross-platform key, said cross-platform key comprising a set of partial account data as compared to a normal transaction; and
associating the cross-platform key with the at least one digital wallet provider.
