1. A method, comprising:
receiving, by an interactive information technology kiosk, information comprising a user of the interactive information technology kiosk or one or more issues experienced by one or more computing devices;
establishing, via one or more ports, one or more connections with the one or more computing devices;
determining one or more individuals associated with a service center to provide one or more information technology services to the one or more computing devices based at least on the information;
establishing one or more connections with one or more workstations associated with the one or more individuals;
providing one or more multimedia services related to the one or more information technology services after establishing the one or more connections;
performing one or more diagnostic tests of the one or more computing devices via the one or more ports; and
processing the information and one or more results of the one or more diagnostic tests using an artificial intelligence or a machine learning model to identify one or more characteristics of the information and the one or more results of the one or more diagnostic tests, wherein the one or more characteristics comprises particular terms or a phrase in the information, and data patterns that are part of the one or more results of the one or more diagnostic tests;
receiving the one or more computing devices via a secure compartment;
scanning the one or more computing devices in the secure compartment to identify the one or more computing devices and to identify an account associated with the one or more computing devices;
with the identification of the account associated with the one or more computing devices, performing all of the following:
predicting an issue with the one or more computing devices,
identifying one or more previous information technology services or solutions to the one or more computing devices, and
determining an individual that previously provided information technology services to the one or more computing devices;
outputting a replacement computing device via the secure compartment from an inventory of computing devices; and
identifying the replacement computing device by scanning the replacement computing device.
