1. A system, comprising:
a provider database storing personally identifying information (PII) about an end user;
an agent in communication with the end user; and
a token management system, wherein the token management system is configured to:
organize data in the provider database into tokens,
determine, using a machine learning model, upon receiving a request for the PII from the agent and based on information from audio communications between the agent and the end user, that the agent is authorized to access the PII, and a permitted portion of the PII the agent is authorized to access and a permitted duration of the access;
grant the agent temporary access to the permitted portion of the PII by providing the permitted portion of the PII in a tokenized form to a device associated with the agent, and
after the permitted duration of the access, remove the PII from the device associated with the agent.
