1. A method for producing a halogenated zinc phthalocyanine pigment from a halogenated zinc phthalocyanine crude pigment, the method comprising:
providing the halogenated zinc phthalocyanine crude pigment synthesized from a compound that generates an acid by reacting with water followed by deposition; and
a pretreatment step of heating the halogenated zinc phthalocyanine crude pigment in water to obtain a halogenated zinc phthalocyanine prepigment having a pH of 5.0 or more.
