1. A device comprising:
a display device having a display surface; and
a decorative sheet facing the display surface, the decorative sheet comprising:
a picture pattern portion; and
a plurality of transmitting portions that are portions in which the picture pattern portion is not formed, wherein
an aperture ratio of the decorative sheet is 5% or more and 50% or less,
each of the transmitting portions is formed such that a distance between the transmitting portions adjacent to each other is 40 μm or more and 230 μm or less,
the display device is a dot matrix display, and
a pitch of each of the transmitting portions is larger than a pitch of pixels on the display surface.
