OG exemplary drawing

1. A stationary phase material comprising porous silica particles having a surface, wherein at least some substantial portion thereof is modified with a hydroxy-terminated polyethylene glycol, wherein the hydroxy-terminated polyethylene glycol is present on the surface at a density from about 0.5 to about 15 μmol/m2, and wherein the surface is further modified with a methoxy-terminated polyethylene glycol.
