1. A spray apparatus loaded with a composition comprising the self-assembling peptide IEIK13 (SEQ ID NO:2) in solution,
wherein the concentration of IEIK13 (SEQ ID NO:2) in solution is 1.5% to 3% by weight;
wherein a pressure applied to the peptide solution by the spray apparatus is in the range between 0.5 kgf/cm2 to 1.5 kgf/cm2; and
wherein the sprayed self-assembling peptide self-assembles after being sprayed onto a bleeding site of a subject, thereby forming a gel and preventing further bleeding from the site.
