1. A system, comprising a computer including a processor and a memory storing instructions executable by the processor to:
detect a position of a head of an occupant within a passenger compartment of a vehicle;
conduct a hearing test based on the position of the head of the occupant; and
output sound at least at one of a specified frequency or amplitude, the specified frequency or amplitude selected based on results of the hearing test.
