1. A computer-implemented method comprising:
generating a three-dimensional virtual anatomical model representing a native anatomical configuration of a spinal region of a patient;
measuring one or more native spine metric values associated with anatomical elements of the three-dimensional virtual anatomical model;
generating a corrected three-dimensional virtual model of the spinal region representing a corrected anatomical configuration different from the native anatomical configuration;
measuring at least one corrected spine metric value associated with the anatomical elements of the corrected three-dimensional virtual model;
sending a surgical plan for viewing and approving the corrected anatomical configuration and the at least one corrected spine metric value; and
designing one or more patient-specific virtual implants for implantation after approval of the surgical plan, wherein the one or more patient-specific virtual implants are designed based on the corrected three-dimensional virtual model.
