1. A display device comprising:
a lower film including a first area having a first modulus and a second area having a second modulus different from the first modulus, the first area and the second area are composed of different materials from each other;
a light absorbing layer disposed on the lower film, the light absorbing layer is configured to absorb ultraviolet light having a transmittance in a range of about 10% or less;
a substrate disposed on the light absorbing layer;
a thin film transistor disposed on the substrate and including a gate electrode, a source electrode and a drain electrode; and
a light emitting diode disposed on the thin film transistor and electrically connected to the thin film transistor and
the first area is coplanar with the second area in a plan view.
