1. A display apparatus comprising:
a substrate;
a plurality of pixels disposed over the substrate, each pixel comprising a plurality of thin film transistors, each thin film transistor comprising a semiconductor layer and a gate electrode;
a first inorganic insulating layer comprising a first insulating layer between the semiconductor layer and the gate electrode of the thin film transistor and a second insulating layer disposed over the gate electrode;
a first organic insulating layer disposed over the first inorganic insulating layer;
a second inorganic insulating layer disposed over the first organic insulating layer; and
a second organic insulating layer disposed over the second inorganic insulating layer,
wherein a plurality of holes pass through the first inorganic insulating layer and the second inorganic insulating layer, and
the plurality of holes comprise:
a first hole disposed between the plurality of pixels, and
a second hole disposed between the plurality of thin film transistors of each pixel,
wherein the plurality of holes are filled with an organic material.
