1. A manufacturing method of a display panel, comprising following steps:
providing a substrate, the substrate comprising conductive pads;
forming a conductive material layer on the substrate;
forming a photoresist layer on the conductive material layer;
providing a mask above the conductive material layer, the mask comprising light-transmitting openings and non-light-transmitting parts;
aligning the light-transmitting openings with a laser to remove the photoresist layer corresponding to the light-transmitting openings;
patterning the conductive material layer with an etching process to form at least two conductive parts, wherein the conductive parts are located on the conductive pads;
peeling the photoresist layer corresponding to the non-light-transmitting parts; and
providing at least one light-emitting diode device on the conductive parts.
