1. A welder-generator system comprising:
an engine comprising a fan integral with the engine;
a generator;
a muffler; and
weld components;
wherein the fan is configured to establish an airflow path through which airflow flows to the weld components, to a portion of the generator on a first side of a rotor, to a portion of the engine on a second side of the rotor opposite the first side, and to the muffler in the recited order.
