1. A cable coupler, comprising:
outer surfaces shaped to seat in face-sharing contact with counterpart surfaces of opposing walls of a channel of a frame; and
a passage extending through the cable coupler and opened at opposing first and second openings, the passage, first opening, and second opening shaped to enclose a portion of a cable, the passage defining a central axis,
wherein the outer surfaces each have a same radius of curvature, with the passage extending through a center of curvature of the outer surfaces, and
wherein the outer surfaces define a plane that intersects the central axis.
